Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account
  • Planning Quiz: Your names, wedding date, guest count, and wedding details when you use our planning quiz, and your phone number if you choose to give it
  • Wedding Details: Wedding date, venue names and addresses, ceremony and reception times
  • Guest Information: Guest names and phone numbers that you upload for messaging
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store your full credit card number)
  • Communications: Messages you send through our Service and any correspondence with us

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, clicks, and navigation patterns
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs
  • Advertising Identifiers: When you arrive from an ad, the ad-click identifier in the link (for example Google's gclid or Meta's fbclid), and cookies set by our advertising partners (for example Meta's _fbp cookie)

SMS Messaging

Our core service involves sending SMS text messages to your wedding guests. By using our Service:

  • You confirm that you have obtained consent from your guests to receive SMS messages about your wedding
  • Messages are sent through Twilio, our SMS service provider
  • Message frequency depends on your selected messaging schedule (typically 4-6 messages per guest)
  • Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients
  • Guests can reply STOP to opt out of future messages

We do not use guest phone numbers for marketing purposes or share them with third parties except as necessary to deliver the Service.

We use trusted third-party services to operate our business:

Twilio (SMS Delivery)

We use Twilio to send SMS messages. Twilio processes phone numbers and message content to deliver texts. See Twilio's Privacy Policy.

Stripe (Payment Processing)

We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe collects and processes payment information according to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Supabase (Data Storage)

Information We Share with Advertising Partners

When you take certain actions on our website, such as completing our planning quiz, starting checkout, or making a purchase, we may tell our advertising partners (Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and OpenAI) about that action, both from your browser and directly from our servers, so they can measure which ads led to it. This can include the type of action (for example “lead” or “purchase”), the purchase amount, your IP address and browser information, advertising cookie and ad-click identifiers, and your email address and/or phone number in hashed form. Hashing converts them into a scrambled code (SHA-256) that our partners use only to match the action to ad interactions.

We never share your guests’ names, phone numbers, or messages with advertising partners.

We delete guest data within 12 months after your wedding date. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

  • Regular security assessments
